Nikah Ceremonies

Hosting Your Nikah at Our Mosque

We provide a peaceful and respectful setting for your Nikah ceremony, with a choice of spaces to suit the size and nature of your event.

Available Spaces:

• The Prayer Hall – Ideal for small, spiritual gatherings
• The Community Room – A private, seated space for formal ceremonies (max 70 guests)
• The Hall or Café – For receptions with food and refreshments (booking required if food will be served)

You’re welcome to use one or more of these spaces, depending on your needs. For example:

• Hold the Nikah in the Community Room
• Follow with a buffet reception in the Café
• Or use the Hall if you expect a larger group

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for the duration of your booking.

Ceremony Timing

Each Nikah booking lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, which includes:

• Ceremony led by one of our Imams (30–40 mins)
• Time for congratulations and photos

We offer a selection of time slots throughout the week. Slots are scheduled to avoid conflict with prayer times or other mosque activities.

Wedding Receptions (Optional)

Our Café space is available to host light receptions with food, tea, and refreshments. We provide:

• Crockery & cutlery
• Tables and tablecloths
• Water, juices, tea & coffee
• Cleaning and basic floral arrangements

You can choose from our list of approved caterers, or request approval for an external provider.

Donation Guidelines

All bookings are offered on a donation basis — not as a commercial hire fee. These contributions support the upkeep of the mosque and our services to the community.
